This custom built post and beam framed barn is a 24’ x 36’ - 1 1/2 story 3 stall barn with a lower level run in shed built off of the back side. The main floor of this barn has 3 – 12’ x 12’ stalls, a 12’ x 24’ center aisle, and a 12’ x 12’ tack / feed room with a staircase in it to the hay loft area. Having a 3’ knee wall on the second floor there is plenty of hay storage room. A dormer was added to each side of the roof for loading of hay and also gives some great cross ventilation for those hot summer days. The top-hats added to each dormer peak and a roof cupola add to create a real nice eye appeal.
